Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you have exercise physiology cover you will be able to claim a rebate through your health insurance.

As exercise physiology often comes under ‘natural therapies’, any yearly limits are shared with other natural therapies such as massage. If you want to ensure you can claim a rebate for my services, please check your policy and your remaining available balance.

  • No, you do not.

But you may be able to access a referral from your GP under a management plan if your pelvic floor dysfunction is chronic or you have another chronic condition such as low back pain.

This would qualify you for up to 5 sessions per calendar year, where you can claim a medicare rebate.

  • Yes, I accept self managed NDIS participants after a discussion regarding suitability for my services.

I have a fairly narrow niche and like to ensure clients are a good fit so they are getting the appropriate care and treatment.

As I work from home, I do not have accessible facilities and cannot cater to clients with mobility aids or who need support workers in attendance.
