Initial Assessment
This is where to begin if you haven’t seen me before, or you haven’t attended an appointment with me in over 6 weeks.
This appointment includes a discussion on your current health status, signs, symptoms and goals and a posture and movement assessment.

These may be booked after you have attended an initial assessment.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:30pm-6pm
Wednesdays & Fridays: 9am-12:00pm
